The European Union's Ambassador to India, Tomasz Kozlowski visited Chennai on 4th July for a press conference to speak about the European Union's work in India and about the electric auto feeder pilot that the 'Namma Auto' project is running in collaboration with the Chennai metro. He appreciated the work done by the EU funded project in running the first of it's kind electric autos in the city of Chennai and also took time out to understand the working of the rickshaw along with taking a ride in it. The EU mission in India spoke at length about the project during the conference and provided updates on various other aspects of the EU's work in India.
